Recharge HR was a concept education program started by Sherryanne Meyer with ASUG (Americas’ SAP Users’ Group). Throughout the course of educational roadshows, webinars and one-on-one conversations with HR leaders and technology experts, it became apparent that the companies who had successful transformations did so with the collaboration of IT and HR. Too often we find the messaging we’re hearing is either deliberately selling the technology or isolate to an HR audience. Recharge HR attempts to bring both conversations together.
The end result should be a business transformation that not only employs the latest and best technology for efficiency and simplicity but – more importantly – a workforce that is engaged, enabled and balanced.
